Senior Digital Consultant
During a variety of assignments I have taken the opportunity to learn and experience different roles and companies. It has also shown me my talent to pick up new knowledge very quickly, and always be open to learning. Presented at various external events on the topics of taxonomy in Digital Marketing.
- Consultant Data-driven working at Digital team at Signify (2019-2020)
Performed deep dives into the Adobe web analytics, to find root causes for sudden changes, research customer behavior between websites, or find advertising abuse by botnets. Guiding the global Digital team to get insights in their combined KPIs, and how to move forward setting direction for personal targets.
- Product Owner for the Adobe marketing technology landscape at DSM (2018 - 2019)
Interim for their internal Product Owner, who had a new internal assignment. Seamlessly took over his role, structured the backlog, and started working on improving the working relationship with the Agile/Scrum development team.
- Product Owner for the Philips Healthcare websites (2016 - 2018)
Planned, structured and maintained the backlog of the two Agile / Scrum development teams, with the help of our business analyst. Presented at quarterly meetings the plan for next quarter and set business priorities for the team. Invested in bridging the cultural and geographical gap between the offshore and onshore teams to increase the experience of being empowered and included.
- Information Architect for the Philips Healthcare websites (2014 - 2016)
Decommissioned the old websites into a new one, for which I managed the new Information Architecture. Advised on the structure of a new PIM system (Product data), and the content taxonomy to structure the menu and have related content appear automatically. We tested all concept taxonomies with real potential customers before implementing them.
- Business Analyst for the Philips Consumer websites (2012 - 2014)
Worked with a set of distributed Scrum teams, took in the requirements from the business stakeholders, translated those into stories for the AEM developer, and managed the backlog for the teams.

Online Marketing Manager Benelux
- Responsible for the complete Online Marketing for the Benelux region, for three brands.
- Optimized the Affiliate programs, the SEA campaigns and started up working with the Microsoft CRM system.
- Improved the SEO ranking of the website with help from an external copy writer, and did A-B tests with the newsletter to improve their response rates.
- Participated in the redesign of the website together with the UX team and my international Online Marketing colleagues from the other countries.
- Received an internal award for being a reliable and appreciated employee.

- Managed, together with my team of 3, the go-live, updates and decommissioning of global campaign sites. This included working with many external and internal stakeholders on planning and expectations, as well as the technical work.
